Are there any requirements I should know about?
For optimal performance, we recommend a space of 10x10x10 feet. The main unit usually positions itself 4-7 feet from the backdrop, and we reserve additional space for a prop/printer table. If needed, we can provide a 6ft or 4ft table upon request for an additional fee, or we kindly ask the venue to supply one. To power our setup, we require a dedicated outlet, ensuring no other devices share the same connection. The outlet should be a 15 or 20 amp 120v (USA Standard) 3 prong outlet for seamless functionality.

Are you insured? My Venue is requesting a COI/COL.
We carry up to $1M in liability insurance. Should your venue require a Certificate of Insurance, we need just a few days to get that emailed or faxed to them. Client is responsible for additional fees due to any requirements for more coverage than the industry standard of $1M.
